    Excellent Quality and Workout

The package came in roughly about a week and a half with the free super saver shipping which was awesome. I was very excited to open it and give it a try. Upon first opening it, you will notice the machine is basically assembled for you. All you have to do is put in 3 bolts and a couple of pins to hold the pull up bar as well as the foot bar. Overall it took about 20 minutes. The actual instructions on how to use it are not very clear, although once you figure it out it really is very simple. My only complaint is that it states it is supposed to come with a workout poster full of the exercises but it does not but I was able to just google some Total Gym routines which are essentially the same exact thing. As some one who used to be a gym rat, I really enjoy this machine. Work and other responsibilities as well as membership costs brought me to purchase this item and I don't regret it at all. The workouts are very intense and you can definitely get a nice solid frame out of... 5/5 Dan - See all my reviews Verified Purchase(What's this?) The name describes it perfectly

Full disclosure: I was not able to buy this from Amazon as I didn't have the cash to spare, so had to buy it from another retailer where I have credit; this same review is at the other retailer's site, should they approve it.This machine is better than my basic Bowflex Power Pro hands down. With just 30 seconds between sets, it really gets the heart rate pumping much more than the same sets and timing using the Bowflex. I guess because the type of exercises is much more varied with this machine, such as rowing and even pull ups. And the 4 added resistance bands are a stroke of genius.I also use it to stretch my troublesome lower and upper back and left shoulder out by inclining fully and just kind of hanging for a few seconds. It really helps my back being able to stretch it out so easilyI do have to mention that it is a louder than I thought it would be when gliding, but not enough to wake someone up. Also, you cannot disconnect the cable to do... 5/5 Mickelson#1 - See all my reviews This review is from: Weider Ultimate Body Works (Sports) Full disclosure: I was not able to buy this from Amazon as I didn't have the cash to spare, so had to buy it from another retailer where I have credit; this same review is at the other retailer's site, should they approve it.This machine is better than my basic Bowflex Power Pro hands down. Amazing!

0 5/5 J. Penegar "Golfer393" (South Carolina) - See all my reviews Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Weider Ultimate Body Works (Sports) This is truly an amazing piece of exercise equipment, especially for less than $150. It is extremely stable and well built. Don't waste your money on a Total Gym. This is just as nice if not nicer than the base model TG, and allows for more exercises. I don't think there's a single muscle you can't exercise with this. It seems pretty fun to use, which for me is VERY important. A few minutes a day should work wonders. You need to have a good 8 foot of space to use this. It's narrow, only a couple of feet wide, but when extended it's over 7 foot long. I'm very pleased with this purchase. I only wish I had bought it years ago. 0 Help other customers find the most helpful reviews  Was this review helpful to you? , July 31, 2013

Not sure I would ever buy anything ProForm again now that we have seen the poor quality hidden inside

0 2/5 Shelly ann - See all my reviews Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: ProForm 440R Rower (Sports) My husband who is very mechanical put the rower together in about 20 minutes. It made an awful grinding noise when pulled on the handle.. My husband had to take the whole thing apart and open the only part that did come assembled. this entails removing a handful of very hard to get to screws and disconnecting the electronics. Once open we could see that the wheel inside was barely attached and misaligned. The wheel had holes randomly drilled in it and had been hammered on..We ended up having to set the wheel slightly out from the magnets in order to keep it from touching the roughness of the damaged wheel. Its all back together now and seems to work ok and is smooth and quiet. Im not sure we have the full use of the tension due to having to leave a bit more of a gap but its close. Not sure I would ever buy anything ProForm again now that we have seen the poor quality hidden inside. 0 Help other customers find the most helpful reviews  Was this review helpful to you? , December 1, 2014

    Pri\Form 440R

0 1/5 Megan Cornuelle - See all my reviews Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: ProForm 440R Rower (Sports) This machine broke in less time than it took to assemble. The cable stopped retracting back into the main unit. Very disappointed in product. 0 Help other customers find the most helpful reviews  Was this review helpful to you? , May 7, 2014

I was very happy with the unit during the 90 day warranty period

0 2/5 J A. - See all my reviews Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: ProForm 440R Rower (Sports) I was very happy with the unit during the 90 day warranty period. Unfortunately, around the 110 day mark the cord snapped. Looked online to see if I could replace it - not in stock. Either design the unit so that it doesn't fray the cord, or use better material for it. Ridiculous for it to wear out after less than four months of regular use. 0 Help other customers find the most helpful reviews  Was this review helpful to you? , November 18, 2014
